My design journey began in 2010 when I studied Industrial Design at Istanbul Technical University, one of the top schools in Turkey. Those early classes taught me to constantly question perception in design, and I embraced the principle that ‘form follows function.‘
After graduation, I worked on various projects in industrial design and even won an award with a colleague. But in 2016, I felt the pull to dive deeper into UX Design. I joined an agency, where I spent three years solving design challenges, crafting interfaces, and leading workshops with stakeholders.
By 2019, I was ready to start my own business, bringing together a team of designers. Together, we built intuitive interfaces for a range of companies. In 2020, I joined Allegory as a UX Designer and Design Manager, overseeing everything from interface design to branding and websites.
In late 2023, I made the move to Ireland, continuing my work with Allegory remotely. Now, I’m excited to explore new UX opportunities here in Ireland.
